Hot plates
A common way to cook nowadays is to use hotplates; experts recommend this way of cooking as being the healthiest way to prepare meat and fish. However, after some use, they start losing their non-stick properties, produce a lot of smoke, and make cleaning long and laborious. To avoid all these problems, spray Olivo onto the cold surface and on the food every time that you use your hotplate. Always take care not to spray directly onto open flame
