The healthiest way of preparing meat is on a grill. First spray Olivo on the cold cooking surface and then over the meat, it will bring out the natural taste of the meat avoiding the use of unhealthy saturated fats. You can enhance your dishes by trying our delicious flavors: a touch of garlic or a touch of our mild hot pepper. Every time that you turn the meat over, spray Olivo on again. Remember, Olivo should never be used near open flame. Health experts do not recommend frying meat in butter, lard or coated in bread crumbs.
