Becoming more and more common in the kitchen nowadays, because experts regard this way of cooking as being the most healthy way to prepare meat and fish. However after a while they start losing their non-stick properties, start producing a lot of smoke, and make cleaning long and laborious.

To avoid all these problems spray Olivo onto the cold surface and on the food everytime that you use your hotplate.

Always take care not to spray directly onto a naked flame.
